Reporting Issues

Learn how to report an issue.

If you encounter any issues while using the app, reporting the problem is simple and you can report problems directly via the app.

Follow these steps:

  1. Access Help & Support
    1. Open the Scaletra app and navigate to the Help & Support section, found under the Settings menu or in your Profile tab.

  1. Select "Report a Problem"
    1. Tap on the Report a Problem option to open the reporting interface.

  1. Describe the Issue
    1. Provide a detailed description of the issue you're experiencing. Be as specific as possible, including:

      • Provide us with the app version you are using and your device model.
      • What you were doing when the issue occurred.
      • Any error messages you received.
      • Steps to reproduce the problem, if applicable.
  1. Submit the Report
    1. Once you've filled in the necessary details, hit the Submit button to send your report to Scaletra's support team.

  1. Wait for a Response
    1. The support team will review your report and get back to you as soon as possible, typically within 24hrs via email.
