  • Update to the Latest App Version
    • Ensure you’re using the most recent version of the app. Visit the iOS App Store or Google Play Store to check for updates.

      To check for the version installed on your device, go to your Profile > Settings and you will see the app version displayed below.

  • Restart the App
    • Closing and relaunching the app can often resolve minor glitches.
