Changing Your Email Address in Scaletra
You can now change the email address associated with your Scaletra account directly within the app. Once updated, the new email address will become your primary login email for Scaletra.
How to Change Your Email Address
- Open the Scaletra app.
- Go to your Profile page.
- Tap Settings located at the top-left corner.
- Select Account.
- Tap Change Email.
- Enter the new email address you would like to use.
- Confirm the change.
Email Verification
- A 6-digit verification code will be sent to the inbox of your new email address.
- If you don’t see the email, make sure to check your Spam or Junk folder.
- Enter the 6-digit code in the app to verify the change.
Once verification is successful:
- Your primary Scaletra email address will be updated.
- Your new email address will also become your new login email for the app.
