Reset Password
Learn how to reset your password.
If you forgot your password:
- Log out first by going to Profile > Settings then tap on Log out to go to the Sign In page.
- In the Sign In page tap on Forgot Password.
- Enter the email address associated with your Scaletra account then tap on Continue.
- A verification code will be sent to your email and expires in 24 hours. Retrieve the code and enter it on the next screen. If you don’t see the email in your inbox, check your spam folder. If you haven’t received the email, you can get a new code after 60 seconds by tapping on “Resend code now”.
- Create a new password, tap Continue, and your password will be successfully reset.
- Must have at least 8 characters.
- Must have at least one symbol.
- Must have at least one number.
- Must have at least one letter.
Requirements for a secure password:
