OTP Code
Learn more about OTP issues.
An OTP (One-Time Password) is a temporary code sent to your email used for verification during sign-up, password resets, or important account changes. If you haven’t received an OTP, you can resend it every 60 seconds, up to 5 times. Every OTP you generate will remain valid until it expires after 24 hours. Be sure to enter the code promptly to complete the verification process. If you don’t see it in your inbox, check your spam folder.
If you still haven’t received your OTP, please contact us at support@scaletra.com.
