Crop Activity

Learn how to crop an activity.

Crop Activity in Scaletra is a feature that allows you to trim unnecessary portions of your recorded activity data. It’s especially useful if you forgot to stop the activity recording after finishing or accidentally started it before your actual journey began. By cropping, you can clean up your recorded map and metrics for a more accurate reflection of your adventure.

Why Use Crop Activity?

  1. Accurate Metrics: Ensure your distance, elevation, pace, and other recorded data reflect only the part of the journey you want to keep.
  1. Clean Map View: Remove unwanted or irrelevant sections from your recorded route, making it easier to share with others.
  1. Enhanced Presentation: Make your activity look polished and professional in your profile and when sharing with the community.
