Signing Up for a New Account – Help & Support

Sign up with an Email Address

Tap Sign Up at the bottom of the Sign-In screen.

Enter a valid email address and password. Requirements for a secure password:

Must have at least 8 characters.

Must have at least one symbol.

Must have at least one number.

Must have at least one letter.

Agree to the Terms of Service & Privacy Policy then tap Sign Up.

A verification code will be sent to your email that expires within 24 hours. Retrieve the code and enter it on the next screen to complete the process. If you don’t see the email in your inbox, check your spam folder. If you haven’t received the email, you can get a new code after 60 seconds by tapping on “Resend code now”.

Note: You can only login to 1 device at a time. Logging in to another device will automatically log you out from the previous device.

Pro Tip!: If you have a Boom Racing account on www.boomracing.com with registered BRX vehicles, we recommend using the same email address. This ensures that your vehicles sync automatically with Scaletra.

Sign up using Apple ID

Select "Continue with Apple" on the sign-up screen.

Choose whether to share or hide your email with Scaletra.

If you choose "Hide My Email", Apple will generate a random email address that forwards messages to your real email.

Your name and Apple ID email (if shared) will be imported automatically.

Notes:

Make sure your Apple ID is active and that you're signed in on your device.

If you already have a Scaletra account with the same email, you may be prompted to log in instead of signing up.

Sign up using Google

Select "Continue with Google" on the sign-up screen.

Choose the Google account you want to use or sign in if prompted.

Grant the necessary permissions for Scaletra to access your Google profile.

Your name and profile picture will be imported automatically.

Notes:

Ensure your Google account is active and accessible.

If you already have a Scaletra account with the same email, you may be prompted to log in instead of creating a new account.

Sign up using Facebook

Select "Continue with Facebook" on the sign-up screen.

If prompted, log into your Facebook account and authorize Scaletra.

Allow the necessary permissions for Scaletra to access your Facebook profile.

Once connected, your name and profile picture will be imported automatically.

Notes:

Make sure your Facebook account is active and verified.

If you have an existing Scaletra account with the same email as your Facebook, you may be prompted to log in instead of creating a new account.
